In April 2027, I’m partnering with Touraloora again to create a bespoke Irish Escape for Readers.

We’ll be staying on the tranquil shores of Lough Ree at an amazing hotel and spa, with time to unwind, enjoy a little wellness, and, of course, get lost in a good book.

We’ll also explore Ireland’s Hidden Heartlands, visit Yeats Country and Connemara, and have time to discover some of the wonderful places along the way. We’ll enjoy engaging literary conversations and share a special author and storyteller experience, too.

And you won’t need to worry about driving or figuring out the logistics. Touraloora takes care of the itinerary, picks us up in Dublin, and brings us back at the end. You can simply enjoy the journey.

So, if you’ve been saying you’ll get to Ireland someday, perhaps this is your sign. Come to Ireland. Bring a book. Give yourself permission to escape.
